Sunil Sahu is a technology architect, educator, and serial entrepreneur with 28+ years of experience in building large-scale, mission-critical IT systems across government, enterprise, and education domains.
He is the architect of a No-Code, Serverless Application Platform developed under NCS^, trusted by the Government of Gujarat and the Scott Poonawala Group, and rapidly expanding across corporate and government organizations. The platform currently processes over 100 GB of data per day, delivering secure, scalable, real-time applications.
Sunil Sahu also architected the FBNC (Facility-Based Newborn Care) application for UNICEF, now adopted by the Ministry of Health, Government of India. FBNC is recognized as one of the world’s largest newborn health data platforms, processing 8+ million newborn records and generating analytics across 122+ health indicators, serving as a global benchmark for newborn healthcare systems.
After returning from the USA in 2006, Sunil founded SUNRAYS Technologies (EdTech) with a clear vision—Skill India through employable IT talent. In 2016, SUNRAYS was rebranded as Rays Technologies due to a trademark conflict with Oracle, reflecting a responsible and compliant transition while preserving its core mission. Over the years, the institution has trained 50,000+ computer graduates and placed 5,000+ professionals in top MNCs. Notably, every placed candidate earns an average salary of ₹1 lakh per month or more, a testament to the outcome-driven training model he built.
He later stabilized and scaled NCS, an IT services and product company that has delivered solutions for Fortune 500 companies and global institutions, including Johnson Controls, UNICEF, Government of India, Government of Madhya Pradesh, Government of Gujarat, Zynga, Wowza, and several others.
At his core, Sunil Sahu is a hands-on technologist, with deep expertise in Java, DevOps, Data Science, and AI, and a rare ability to translate complex technology into scalable, real-world systems.
